At Ambleside Furniture, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to arrange a convenient time for a white-glove pickup from your residence.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
